as being in a state of general mental and physical wellbeing. We all want to be fit but how do we do it? On this site you
will find out how to start your own fitness program, how to keep your self healthy, how to prevent those nasty injuries and
how to treat them, and different types of activities you can do to get fit. !Before starting any type
of fitness program visit your doctor and make sure you can do the type of activities you want to!
