Stir Fry

Ingredients
400g rump, topside or round steak or beef strips
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger
1 glove garlic, crushed
12 spring onions cut into 3cm lengths
1 ¾ cups broccoli florets
1 ½ cups snow peas
1 red capsicum sliced
1 carrot cut up into thin pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
½ cup unsalted cashew nuts
2 cups cooked wholegrain rice
Method
- Cut steak into thins strips
- Heat oil in wok. Brown small quantities of beef strips 2 –
3 min, stirring continually.
- Add ginger, garlic, spring onions, broccoli, snow peas, carrot and
capsicum. Stir fry for 3 mins.
- Serve with rice
